I have created a blue mill deck that focus's on two aspects. The first being the mill. I have 4 tutelages to help mill through opponents cards quickly. I have a few sorceries in there to help mill more cards and use their cards against them and also have a few cards to remove all copies the same card from all areas of the game. This helps since I get to look through their hands, and their library to see whats to be expected. The second form are my creatures. I have 2 creatures that are set up to be targets because they are 0/3's but turn into 13/13 if not killed quickly, then I combo this with creatures that pump from card draw and other creatures that pump from cards being in the opponents graveyard. Please let me know what you think.
