Mono-Blue Devotion is one of the top decks right now. I decided to make Azorius Devotion (Also one of the top decks) with Battlefield Thaumaturge . Launch the Fleet is only limited by the number of creatures you control, so it works really well with Master of Waves .

Main Board: Battlefield Thaumaturge : Provides one devotion and is really awesome with Launch the Fleet.

Bident of Thassa: Card draw and the needed two devotion.

Cloudfin Raptor: Devotion. Usually can get to a 2/3 which is nice if your opponent can't block flyers.

Judge's Familiar: Devotion. 1/1 Flyer and counters turn 1 Thoughtseize.

Detention Sphere : Nice removal that provides devotion. Great agains Pack Rat.

Dictate of Heliod: Pumps 2/1 into 4/3s. Also good with Launch the Fleet.

Ephara, God of the Polis: God.

Thassa, God of the Sea: Better God.

Frostburn Weird : Devotion and nice blocker.

Launch the Fleet: AWESOME with Master of Waves 's tokens!!!

Master of Waves : Just Devotion.*

Wall of Frost : Devotion and can really slow down aggro decks.
