I made this deck in wake of the new season, B U control seems nice so i made it. The deck is based off of getting artifacts out that can let u draw or controls. Cards like the Puzzleknot and the Prism draws me cards and allows me to revolt fatal push if needed. All my cards fit under a few categories. Draw, Control, and Win conditions.

Win conditions: either Tezzeret or metal hulk Colossus. Metal hulk could be removed though in favor of another Tezzeret.

Draw: As stated before Prism and the Puzzleknot are two of them but reverse engineering is also one.

Control: Every other card is some sort of control card. Hope of Ghirapur i mostly use to make it safe to play one of my win conditions or slow down artifacts or Saheeli by a turn. Array is used t stop creatures from attacking or blocking. Disallow and Metallic Rebuke are used to counter. Fatal Push is my kill spell. A change for this deck could be to not use Hope of Ghirapur in favor of kill spells but as of now they are side boarded. Torrential gear hulk can be used as a win condition but is mostly used for its ability.
