This deck is around five dollars. I would love to hear advice on it. :D

Fix 1 : Took out 3x Sigiled Starfish for 3x Anticipate. Seems that's Sigiled Starfish isn't quick enough to get the early draw. It might be better to go three Anticipates because the short term earlygame help is better than the long term lategame help. :)

The other cards are too expensive for the deck to handle. :)
