Vampire tribal with lifegain, casting/ETB/death triggers and swarming tokens.

Reassembling Oathsworn Vampire can be cast and sac'd for various triggers, especially with Phyrexian Altar + Herald's Horn / Bontu's Monument / Urza's Incubator / Mana Echoes / Pawn of Ulamog / Edgar Markov tokens(assuming you don't need them for anything else). Or you can just turn creatures sideways. Or both.

If the Oathsworn is unavailable for whatever reason, the combo can still be performed with Blood Artist / Tithe Drinker / Exquisite Blood + Impact Tremors /other sustainable source of life gain, Phyrexian Reclamation , a sufficiently cheap vampire, Mana Echoes (or maybe Pawn of Ulamog) and Gemstone Array plus enough other creature-dependent mana generation so that you can generate at least and // (and 2 life) for both activating Phyrexian Reclamation and casting the vampire in question endlessly.

Entomb is mostly for Oathsworn Vampire, but if that one is already out of the library it can tutor for an appropriate card to be recurded with Argivian Find / Phyrexian Reclamation / Bishop of Rebirth / Bloodline Necromancer .

Felidar Sovereign and Exquisite Blood + Defiant Bloodlord (or Cliffhaven Vampire ) are mostly meant to take the heat off Oathsworn combos but can obviously win if left to their own devices. Could add Lightning Greaves to make said lightning rods a bit more resilient but right now it's excluded since the deck doesn't rely much on the survival of any single creature.

Olivia Voldaren can bite Felidar Sovereign if you want it to dodge Kindred Dominance (also Purphoros, God of the Forge if it somehow loses indestructible). Weathered Wayfarer is out of luck without a prior boost but whatever (I don't think tribal anthem effects will save it from lethal damage).

Sideboard contains some meta suggestions and fun stuff you can exchange e.g. Vampire Hexmage for.

Crib Swap for cute synergy with Edgar. (Bonus points if you steal the baby with Olivia.)
