I made this deck to prove three things:

1.) Powerful decks are possible on a budget.

2.) Powerful jank is possible on a budget.

3.) Powerful 5c is possible on a budget.

People seem to associate powerful decks with money, instead of associating it with some kind of powerful base structure or engine that the deck is built on top of. I've tried to cut most of the expensive cards, except for the stuff I really consider core. That said what is in this list is what I'd consider the bare-minimum.
