Blood Brothers, Three (Modern MTG Deck)

Live to fight another day with this deck. Pile on the life and +1/+1 counters, while slowly draining the opponent, waiting for a victory that only you can see. These honourable vampires don't suck, they're great ;)

The deck's fun when it works, but it's always felt a little clunky, and weak to situations where you have 1 good, midrange creature, and the opponent has lots of small ones (e.g. vs my Mardu Dragonborn Type-0 deck). So, I'm thinking of the following edits. Please let me know what you think.

Mainboard:

removed 1x Drana's Emissary, to bring down to 60 cards. [Edit: decided against this, as digital playtest drew too many lands.]
replaced 1x Bloodbond Vampire and 1x Serene Steward with 2x Tandem Tactics
