This deck is designed to make use of Derevi's ability to tap or untap at will. A large portion of the list is comprised of flyers added with the ability to make creatures unlockable. Derevi makes ramping, removal, or drawing cards a whole lot of fun by abusing the ability to tap or untap. Politics shouldn't be left to be desired either - don't be afraid to make a deal with someone to untap something they need or not tap something down if they do something for you. Be creative.
