The whole point of the deck is to bring out Blightsteel Colossus and swing for the win. This is the only win con and whole deck is build to find and protect him in many ways: -You can tutor for him -You can make him uncounterable -You can cheat him so he can't be countered -You can give him hexproof/shroud -You can flicker him so spell fizzles or until end of turn so he dodges boardwipes -You can counter spells that would do something bad to him -You can return him from exile -You can do all of that multiple times, because of roon that can flicker many utility creatures that do things said above.

There are also ways to make him hasty and some ways to survive to the time when you're able to swing, like propaganda.
