Boros Reckoner and Blasphemous Act is Plan A. Midrange beatdown is Plan B. Spitemare and Volcano Hellion is Plan X.

This is a deck that you run at an FNM when you actually want to have fun playing Magic. Do not present this deck at a PTQ or Grand Prix. I tested it against the "serious" decks of the format and although it can win out of nowhere, the "consistency" isn't there. Even with 4 Thoughtseize jammed it still loses to Splinter Twin or Birthing Pod. Very fast decks like Slippery Bogle or Affinity is a problem, and burn is a problem. Naya zoo is less of a problem because the removal/disruption matches up favorably, but still.

I'm trying to "Johnny" this deck out, Boros Reckoner is a personal favorite of mine and with him rotating out of standard soon I really just want a fun and interesting deck as a place to "immortalize" him. If anyone has any ideas that would up the win % of the deck I would greatly welcome it as I would love to bust this thing out for FNM every once in awhile and win out of nowhere with Boros Reckoner and Blasphemous Act.
