Ok so budget. I thought about it and, yeah black devotion w/ white.

Basic play; Overlord is best bomb, you wanna get this guy with all of your devotion. An easy way to trigger more is with Rescue from the Underworld, the best plan is to sac an overlord to return an overlord to get double the tokens. Mogis's Marauder or Necropolis Regent and tokens = winning. Also a late game bomb is to trade all of those harpy tokens for 4/4 angels with Devout Invocation .

Support cards include: rootborn defences (for surviving board wipes), Dark Prophecy not only boosts devotion but will let you draw when you sac your creatures to Overlord, Doom Blade for removal, Crypt Ghast for mana boosting, protection cards like Gods Willing and Shielded Passage keeps your Overlords and regent alive.

Dying Wish can help in a pinch, so can the merchant and Congregate .
