Discard

This deck aims to generate an advantage via tough to remove board states and ETB/ETG effect forcing others to sacrifice and discard their cards. Use sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar and Attrition to evade exile effects as well as generate more immediate value.

Bitterblossom along with Oona's Blackguard can generate a massive discard engine.

Protecting your Board

It is essential that Marchesa, the Black Rose remains safe from targeted removal. If shes gone, the whole board is vulnerable to wipes. Always equip her with Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots if possible.

Unspeakable Symbol is useful to lower your life to ensure you are able to trigger dethrone and to protect key creatures immediately. Olivia, Mobilized for War is similar however be sure not to discard too much yourself.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed in combination with Marchesa means an undying board.

Stealing

Thalakos Deceiver if protected can repeatedly steal opponents creatures generating insane value.

Silent-Blade Oni is a great card if opponents are reluctant or unable to block your creatures. Keep in mind that when using Ninjutsu he will not receive the dethrone +1/+1 counters. Etali, Primal Storm is similar although not as fast.

Expropriate can bring you back from the edge or even outright win you the game depending on what others vote for.

Ending the game

While one may be able to swing for meaningful creature or commander damage, there needed to be other win conditions.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed can combo with Triskelion doing infinite damage to opponents.

Omniscience is the key. If you are able to resolve it you can follow up with Jokulhaups effectively leaving you as the only player with a board from Marchesa, the Black Rose revives and the only one able to cast freely from their hand.

Often opponents will concede to MLD immediately. If they don't you should still be able to completely control the game between Omniscience and the remnants of your board: enchantments, planeswalkers, and anything Marchesa resurrected.
