This deck is quite powerful and utilizes the new commander, Edgar Markov, from commander 2017 and his eminence ability. This deck aims to go wide and beef up your army through powerful creatures like Stromkirk Captain, Captivating Vampire, Vampire Nocturnus, etc. The lands are quite standard for your normal three color commander deck. I fear that Blind Obedience is redundant in comparison to Authority of the Consuls which I use to best the midrange and infinite token combos. I threw in Chandra, Torch of Defiance because I had one and wanted to put her to good use. The sorceries and instants are your standard board wipes, removal, card draw, and Teferi's Protection just as a back up in case you need that extra safety. And finally artifacts are meant to assist with the tribal mechanics and constant anthems.
