It has a lot of the things that you might find in the black green aristocrats deck that top 8'd PT Shadows. I added the elves because they're inexpensive, good value creatures, which is exactly what I'm looking for. If I can put down a Shaman of the Pack with a few elves in play, it'll put a fair amount of pressure on my opponent.

Suggestions are appreciated, still needs a sideboard. And I'm trying to keep the deck fairly cheap.
