Dash Hopes is a fun card, and it got me to thinking about a mono-black punisher burn deck. Punisher cards offer your opponent two bad options and they have to decipher what is the best for them. So I've jammed a ton of those kind of cards into this deck with some good clean burn to fill the gaps.

Update: Swapped 4 Swamps for 4 Dragonskull Summit s so we can flashback Bump in the Night Update: Added Bloodghast to make Temporal Extortion represent more damage.
