Dusting this deck off. Made it a few years ago and wanted to bring it to my LGS for Modern. It was centered around dredge but I decided to take a different route.

THE BUILD

It is a simple take on 8rack with the added . This iteration has a few cards that are unique and I thought I could try and run in a casual/table-top setting. Let's take a closer look at some exceptional cards gives us:

DUAL COLORS

Blightning is Wrench Mind and Lava Spike rolled into one. Card advantage and 'Bolt to the face is our "Bread and Butter".

Terminate kills anything without prejudice.

MONO

Lightning Bolt...the almighty.

Grim Lavamancer or what I like to call him, Jim, reuses and reloads our used up resources in the 'yard for added revelry.

LAND

Lavaclaw Reaches is our manland if we ever need to turn the corner.

Bojuka Bog is in not only for fun but is GREAT disruption within the modern meta.

Here's a short list of cards it hates: Snapcaster Mage runs out of ammo, Lingering Souls becomes a worse Raise the Alarm, shrinks Tarmogoyf, wreaks any floater Dredge builds, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Delve in general, Zombie Tribal, Graveyard shenanigans, Reanimator, etc.
