Maybeboard stuff:

Disciple of Bolas grants life gain and draw power from a creature but I am not sure if they are worth a slot and what to cut

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord He is a sac outlet as well as a huge beater and can return himself so he can be used to close out games but I am not sure who to cut for him maybe Vraska, Golgari Queen

Vampiric Rites this can be a draw engine as well as a sac outlet its vraska's +2 for 2 mana at instant speed so I can respond to a board wipe by sacing all my creatures for 2 mana a piece to gain some cards or I can sac them during my endstep before meren triggers to bring them right back.

Greater Good this can be a draw engine as well as a sac outlet and a way to feed my graveyard it can be used at instant speed to sacrifice anything in response to a board wipe and costs no mana to do so. but it also isnt a you may draw so it can deck you if you try and use it in a combo.

Maybe remove:

Vraska, Golgari Queen : she is a really strong planeswalker in this deck granting me draw a sac outlet as well as the ability to cast Abrupt Decay for -3 but she always has a major target on her head because of her ult so she probably wont be able to use either ability more then once making her not mana efficient.

Falkenrath Noble while it is a Blood Artist on a flying body which grants it some advantages and gives me more redundancy in the deck I just feel it might be too expensive mana wise for its affect and might cut it for more draw or Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord as it can close out games quick in the 4 mana spot.
