Maybeboard

I was listening to Rebel Yell at 2 in the morning and decided this was a good idea. I'm trying to get some kind of lock going through indestructibility effects and damage redirection, using the Rebel field tutor for quite a bit of mana effect to hopefully pull into it. I do not think of this deck as complete as it stands, I'd love some help with it.

It's built for a format called Bad Tribal, here's this:

Here's a synopses of the rules:

Any creature type in Magic outside of a select few are eligible to be used (more on that later). Once you've chosen your "Tribe", you build a (minimum) 60 card deck (no sideboards are used) that has at least 25 creatures from the chosen Tribe. Everything else in the deck has to follow the current Modern format rules (including Banned List), but your tribe's creatures can go back to Alpha, if you want to, as any sets are allowed! (keep in mind that OTHER creatures in your deck that aren't related to your tribe have to be Modern legal).

Now, for the Banned Tribes List!:

(Some are color-specific, for example, you can't use BLUE Wizards, but any other color Wizards are fine): Beasts, White Clerics, Elementals, Green Elves, Blue Faeries, Zombies, Red Goblins, Merfolk, Slivers, White Soldiers, Blue Wizards, and Black Vampires. No creatures from these tribes can be used in this tournament. Note that Shapeshifters that have the "Changeling" keyword ability are exempted from this rule and may be used to represent any tribe. This will certainly help you in a Starfish Deck!

Mind, that you can't have ANY cards of the banned tribes in your deck. I personally found this out to my sorrow when I showed up at my first Bad Tribal tournament with my Assassins which I was so proud of, only to find out that Guul Draz Assassin was banned despite being the only Black Vampire. So it goes.

There is also a single-card banned list. Here it is:

Riders of Gavony.

The reason there are no sideboards is because in order to maintain 25 creatures there would either need to be deck checks between every game, or creature- only sideboards.
