Demonlord Belzenlok is a card drawing powerhouse perfect for a Black big mana strategy. The strategy is somewhat linear, we ramp to 6 or more to play Belzenlok and play out the cards we draw. Classic Monoblack finishers like Exsanguinate are our main win conditions.

The deck runs creature-light, instead playing more sweepers. Killing our Commander with a sweeper is fine because we can use our ramped mana to recast him for value. Similar engines like Mimic Vat and Conjurer's Closet allow for shenanigans with our commander and creatures like Ravenous Chupacabra, Entomber Exarch, and Gonti, Lord of Luxury.
