This is for a friend who just getting back into magic and on a tight budget. The idea of the deck is flood the board fast and throw Rancor down and use Aspect of Hydra and keep pummelling until dead. Use the Scavenging Ooze to take cards out of their graveyard so they have a harder time with delve cards and also helps shut down storm decks and decks that abuse flashback.
