~Creatures~

Discard creatures to buff Lotleth Troll, scavenge them with Varolz, the Scar-Striped, and get extra counters from Corpsejack Menace (not currently in the deck).

Death's Shadow and Slitherhead are discard and scavenge-fodder. Dreg Mangler is a decent early threat and can be buffed with scavenge.

Deathrite Shaman is mostly helpful in mana-ramp, and if need-be it can be taken out without killing the deck. I'm a casual player, so it's in the main deck for now.

~Spells~

Grisly Salvage gives the deck a turbo boost. It can find you a needed Lotleth Troll, give your Deathrite Shaman plenty of targets, and put a Death's Shadow in the graveyard, among other great effects.

Abrupt Decay is great removal. Death's Shadow or a chumping Slitherhead can enable Tragic Slip for cheap pwnage. Putrefy can probably be replaced with something better, like Hero's Downfall.

Jarad's Orders is the perfect combo enabler: put Death's Shadow in the graveyard, and Varolz, the Scar-Striped in your hand.

~Sideboard~

Golgari Charm can wipe out weenies. Splinterfright is an option if the opponent prevents the trolls from doin' their thing. I'm not sure if Treasured Find is any good in this deck, but I'll need to playtest it to find out.
