I built this deck as an alternative to the more popular glass cannon U/G infect builds. It's much less reliant or pump spells and fast wins and more about landing a few points of poison and stalling out the game while poisoning the opponent out with proliferate or other effects that give poison counters without combat damage.

Ichorclaw Myr and Plague Stinger both tend to be able to land damage early. If you can get in with a Giant Growth on top, even better.

Long game, you're looking to leave up artifact infect creatures as chump blockers and sac to Throne of Geth to keep stacking poison. Hand of the Praetors and Ichor Rats also give poison without doing damage if you can keep them alive.

Inkmoth Nexus and Apostle's Blessing could both be good here. Inkmoth has the downside of costing more per copy than the entire deck as-is.
