Decree of Pain + Raven's Crime + Spellweaver Helix Plow Under + Raven's Crime + Spellweaver Helix If you want the deck to do better against control than aggro you can remove the 4 Innocent blood and put Thoughtseize, Duress, or Hymn to Tourach in its place. Also note that the Decree of Pain is a budget substitute for the black wrath of god... gee what is it called? oh yeah... Damnation, so if you have those they fill that slot quite well. Sensei's Divining Top and Vampiric Tutor could be replaced by budget friendly cards, the same with the Verdant Catacombs. I own one top and it goes in almost all of my control decks. Black green control with Synergy between sorceries and Spellweaver Helix.
