This is my edit of Dev's budget deck before I edit it further for Rivals of Ixalan (because we got a load of sweet pieces for the deck in the new set.). I'm not gonna go into the deck, but I'm gonna explain my edits.
-4 Walk the Plank, -1 Blossoming Defense : +4 Fatal Push, +1 Hour of Glory
Fatal Push is easy to explain. Simply the best removal in the format and Hour of Glory is specifically in this deck to answer Hazoret the Fervent and The Scarab God, plus whatever other gods they might have that need answers. It also deals with Gearhulks pretty well, and for that reason I'd even bump up the Hours to 2 if I could manage to find something that's worth dropping.
-3 Hashep Oasis : +3 Rishkar, Peema Renegade
The idea is the same, they make extra +1/+1 counters, and I didn't like saying ow every time I wanted mana from my green source. Rishkar is a great way to take care of both of these.
-4 Ifnir Deadlands : +4 Blooming Marsh
This is easy mana fixing which is what this deck really needs.
Sideboard Changes:-2 Battle at the Bridge, -2 Harsh Scrutiny, -3 Doomfall: +3 Appetite for the Unnatural, +2 Lost Legacy, +2 Bontu's Last Reckoning
We side in Appetite against any deck that is playing white, because we want to answer things that shut our deck off, namely Solemnity and Ixalan's Binding. We side in Lost Legacy against UW Approach and God-Pharaoh's Gift decks to deal with those problem cards(We also have Duress in the side for this same purpose. Legacy does it better, though). Bontu's Last Reckoning is against aggressive decks or token strategies like Vampires and Ramunap Red.
Now to cut stuff for Rivals cards!
