What, no Heart of Kiran? :-D

Heart of Kiran isn't run in any B/G Snake decks....

qknight45, well, it is run in some (believe me, I hit those at Game Day; rarely, admittedly and not at all in the top decks at the last Grand Prix). However, it was mostly a joke about how the card seems to be way too ubiquitous.

I see. So, how does the deck look overall?

BioProfDude says... #5

They run a couple less creatures and throw in a couple of Heart of Kirans. Less emphasis on the energy part. Again, it was mostly a joke. :-D Ubiquitous in decks as a whole, not constrictor decks necessarily. I did +1 your deck-- I think it's a good deck and looks like fun to play.

Best of luck!

Ah, I like yours. I like the synergy with the energy. You might consider maybe 2x Spire of Industry as you won't necessarily want to spend your energy on Aether Hub, but that's a personal preference call.

I love Aethersphere Harvester and I think it is a much better choice than Heart of Kiran. It doesn't have vigiliance (which is quite nice, admittedly), but the lifelink can be a life saver. For real. Very powerful and, for opponents, very annoying .

Cool deck! I like it!

Hmm, also, I noticed you run thin on land. I know that you have Rishkar, Peema Renegade and it allows creatures with counters to be mana dorks, but that's a lot of dependence to get out Verdurous Gearhulk and other hefty mana cost cards. I would go up to about 23 or 24 land. Try to trim a couple of cards to make room and I think you'll find you get more consistent mana draws to fuel what you need.

Evolving Wilds might be good to add for those two mana-- sacrifice to trigger revolt for Fatal Push!

I would try adding in cards that speed up the deck... Tireless Tracker, Paradox Engine and Lifecrafter's Bestiary are all game changers. You could easily add fliers to your creature base instead of using Aethersphere Harvester. Drana, Liberator of Malakir is commonly used for it's flying ability as well as the added counters.

My version (non-energy) of this deck is Defiant Paradox. I like the energy focus. Longtusk Cub can be a beast - but some added tempo is not likely to hurt you.

Lol Tireless Tracker and Lifecrafter's Bestiary don't "speed up" the game. They are midrange. Also, Paradox Engine is way too gimmicky. The deck has fared well for me so far. Has good game against the Meta right now.

Hi, exactly a deck I was looking for, I've been trying a similiar build but with different creatures and my energy doesn't add up.Attune with Aether is a solid card.

Please check G/B Srounging Bandar is lit if you get any ideas. It might help with some cards you are looking for or can adjust.

I would add scrounging Bandar to this deck, it enters the battlefield as a 3/3, and whenever you move a counter from it to another creature, the creature that you move the counter to gets two counters.

This deck is sweet. I've been getting my teeth kicked in at my MNStandard league running B/G/u delirium, may be time to change it up to something more like this.

Seems like a waste to not use Aetherworks Marvel with all this energy.

Fabrication Module works well with the Longtusk Cub + Greenbelt Rampager combo, as well as capitalizing on anything else that generates energy. I'm also a big fan of Aetherborn Marauder in these decks, they can come out crazy big on turn 4 or 5. Haunted Cloak is another personal favorite, although I never see it in anyone elses build. There's usually a lot of competition for that 3 drop slot.
