Pretty unique combo going on. It’s an infinite mill deck that works around Bitter Ordeal. There is no back up solution in the deck as this version is kind of budgety. If you want to make some back solution as a helm of obedience and a leyline of the void, a 100 more you have two infinite mill combos.

So you’ll notice there is a ton of put stuff in graveyard. Well that’s for this guy Haakon, Stromgald Scourge. He lets you play knight cards from the graveyard. Pretty sweet. But you’ll notice I didn’t put any knights in this deck. So how does it work? Well it works with this guy, Skeletal Changeling and Basal Sliver. Sac the changeling, which counts as a knight and a sliver. Then play the knight sliver dragon avatar for its sac cost netting you 0 then do it one more time so netting you two. This two is important. In a pinch you use the extra mana for Bitter Ordeal and win the game or play it safe and use the plus two for an Imp's Mischief.

While there are a ton of discard effects in the deck, some will be used on yourself. In the event you draw Haakon, Stromgald Scourge you need him out. I recommend discarding him out with Oona's Prowler and not a sorcery speed discard as those are better for getting rid of pesky counters.

Combo

Haakon, Stromgald Scourge + Skeletal Changeling allowing you to sac Skeletal Changeling then play him from the graveyard because he is also a knight for his casting cost.

You sac outlet is Basal Sliver as it gives two black mana and targets slivers, its a good thing our Skeletal Changeling is a sliver knight avatar god scarecrow if not, we would be screwed.

WIN CONDITION: after sacing Skeletal Changeling infinite +1 (netting you 2 black mana) you will play a wonderful Bitter Ordeal effectively killing them dead. "WAIT, It's commander Faraven and people use blue, and people actually like using Laboratory Maniac you effectively helped them." Ready, Blood Artist infinite damage.

Explanation of infinite +1 and what to do with it

Haakon, Stromgald Scourge is dead, Skeletal Changeling stare at you saying, "Fing do it cnt," and Basal Sliver all like, "end that little sht's life." So we do it. We kill him for . Daddy bear Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, being that supportive father figure Skeletal Changeling never had, said get back in there. So he's back, at the cost of . NET ZERO + GRAVESTORM = 1 do this all again, and again. Infinite, if even meaning our changeling is alive, but we want him dead for NET 2. So state while doing this, infinite and one.
