Hey everyone, what's up? Today I have for you all today a bant Control deck. Kinda superfriends, kinda control. Some points to bring up:

Superfriends: Obviously, I have a lot of planeswalkers. Why? When they survive for more than 2 turns, they are doing crazy amounts of work.

Jace, Architect of Thought: Card advantage, Aggro stall, and I good distraction. Its best if you get 2 or even 3 -2 triggers off of him, but all you need is one. They are wasting a removal spell or a combat step killing jace if it dies.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion: For obvious reasons. makes a lot small little weenies. It also kills monster cards like stormbreath. But when it ults, we basically win.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes: Lots of planeswalker and creatures fetch which is great. It can also make our big butt stall creatures even bigger for longer amounts of stall. If the opponent goes crazy, we can even ultimate him.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave : It is in the deck for the stall and extra draw/ramp. But, if she gets high, we can use her as a win condition.

Why so little spells? Only 8 total. that isn't very many, you are certainly right. but when you run 4 "exile target non-land permanent" cards, 9 planeswalkers, and 7 big butt stall creatures, you don't really need that many if you think about it. The spells I run are self explanatory, so now explanation.

For a control deck, I do run a lot of creatures, more than I should. But they are essential.

Sylvan Caryatid: Ramp and stalls Aggro... a lot.

Courser of Kruphix: Exact same reason I run caryatid. Ramp and has a big butt. It also gains life and every point of life gained counts.

Prophet of Kruphix: Play my planeswalkers during my turn, then untap to have conuterspell mana open during their turn. I can also flash in a surprise Kruphix to block if needed.

Genesis Hydra : This guy is spectacular in this build. I run it for 3 main reasons. 1) Since this a stalling control shell, I usually only cast it in the late game and in the late game its usually for a HUGE Gene Hydra. 2) The ability triggers on cast, which means even if it is countered, I still get a nonland permanent. 3) It can put down walkers, and this is a superfriends deck.

Win Conditions: Elspeth, Sun's Champion: Makes 3 1/1's a turn and eventually can make them 3/3's with flying. Seems pretty powerful to me.

Kruphix, God of Horizons: You may be think "what is this loon talking about???" Well, think about it. With 4 Courser of Kruphix, 4 Sylvan Caryatid, and 3 Jace, Architect of Thought, how could kruphix not always be a creature? It is 4/7 which makes it out of Selesnya Charm range (YES!) and is indestructible. Seems like a pretty good win con to me.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave : It isn't the best win con and has only happened once in a tournament, but once you ultimate Kiora, its very hard to lose.

Genesis Hydra : Can pump out a walker in addition to it being a huge threat. It may be the only creature in my deck that dies to Elspeth, Sun's Champion -3, but we can look over that for how awesome it is.

I want everyone to know that this is going to be my competitive standard deck, the one im going to bring to grand Prix's and PTQ's. I'm also very excited for M15, and I hope you all are too! Bant is going to be super powerful and im looking forward to crushing Game Day!
