Mill, Exile, Grind & Card Advantage like a mastermind!




Since I have gotten into M:tG, the "Milling" strategy has quickly became my favorite tactic. I think it is one of the best win scenarios with the fewest defenses. The other is speed and aggro. After building a few casual & 100 card decks for fun, I began the quest of making an elite version. One that would contest with speed and aggro decks. I believe this is the best it gets in the "Milling" category.


It's all about speed here, hence the name Blitz. The deck mainly supports itself. It's very strong on milling and has just enough flexibility to buy you time and get what you need faster!

- Hedron Crab & Fetch lands will kick off the machine to a good start, taking it's three mill hit to a six mill hit per land drop. That's 12 milled per land with two crabs, 18 with three and 24 if you're lucky enough to have all 4 out!
- Notice that Extirpate, Surgical Extraction, Crypt Incursion, Ravenous Trap & Trapmaker's Snare to call Ravenous Trap (or Archive Trap) are all answers to threats such as Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.
