This is a work in progress deck using the spoiled Rin and Seeri cat/dog commander. I'm building it around Naya token spam, and I would love to hear your suggestions below.

There are a few cats, and cat related planeswalkers I would have liked to include, but my initial budget was too low to consider them. (Budget of 100$, minus the commander)
