Elementals rock! And here is how it works:

• Big badass elementals such as Supreme Exemplar, Force of Savagery, Nova Chaser and others are loaded onto the battlefield quickly either because they are cheap and/or by tutoring into them with Flamekin Harbinger and/or by throwing them out there with the help of Animar, Soul of Elements, Incandescent Soulstoke or Sneak Attack
• Vines of Vastwood protects Smokebraider, Incandescent Soulstoke et al to be able to accelerate quickly
• The Elementals are quite versatile: They fly (Supreme Exemplar, Mulldrifter), they trample (Force of Savagery, Nova Chaser, Vigor, Horde of Notions), they protect each other(Vigor) or allow for card draw (Mulldrifter,Soul of the Harvest). If all these badass elementals still can't destroy the opponent by attacking, Pandemonium will do the job
• If you can't get Pandemonium, various built in card draw avenues (Soul of the Harvest,Mulldrifter,Greater Good + large cheap elemental) will find it

Sideboard Strategies:

• Against Decks with lots of strong enchantments: Swap in some Tranquility. It can also get rid of Pandemonium if you realize that it hurts you more than it helps.
• Against Removal / Control: Swap in 2 Gaea's Revenge for 2 Force of Savagery
• Against Decks with lots of protection against Flying: Swap in 2 Thorn Elemental for either Force of Savagery or Supreme Exemplar
• Against Decks with little or no Removal / Control: Swap out Vines of Vastwood for more Elementals. You can also swap in Ghostly Flicker for additional Pandemonium with the large Elementals or additional Tutoring with Flamekin Harbinger
• Against Ramp Decks with large creatures (especially Hydras): Swap out Vines of Vastwood for Call to Heel. This can be used either for returning opponent's creatures to hand or return own creatures to hand to feed Pandemonium
