( This deck is a mess right now but I need help honing it to something affordable yet fun )

I'm a new player and this is the #2nd deck i've ever made, I'm hoping to make a budget beast deck with wolves/dogs/squirrels/elephants/werewolves etc for my wife who loves animals and wants to play Magic with me, she either would like to play animal themed deck or werewolves whichever is more viable or mixed if possible. I made this with what I currently own, and what I was interested in buying so it's pretty messy atm...

Any green/red commander that works would be appreciated, I assumed Ruric Thar would be the best for her to keep beasts alive by blocking spells....

I could definitely use any advice on this deck, unlike my Grimgrin deck I had trouble finding themed decks that seemed able to compete with what I had so far:

It's important that this deck-

• Cards in the 1-4 dollar range SOME on the 6-10 range.
• -Be animal or werewolf themed
• -Be able to not counter but match my grimgrin deck.
• -bonus points if we can work in werewolves ( we own a lot of those already ).
• • Fun chaotic cards ( she enjoys rushdown and chaos tactics ) But we don't want to be unfun for other players at our local scene...
