Hello friends, I've been wanting to build a deck for Whisper, Blood Liturgist for a while and this is what I've ended up with. Whisper is super fun and a great mono-black sacrifice commander if you're like me and too poor to afford a yawgmoth. So anyways, while razaketh and kokusho are great cards in the deck, the real mvp is the thornbite staff. When equipped to Whisper you can pull off some highly undesirable shenanigans i.e. repeatedly reviving anything that makes two or more tokens to get infinite tokens and death triggers (my favorite is sling-gang). Hell's caretaker and Marrow-Gnawer are also good equip targets for the staff. I think I'm a little light on removal spells, but we can recur our creatures with removal effects (Also, my play group is removal heavy, so I'm building for my meta). Lastly, as a poor starving college boy, I don't have money for expensive tutors or cabal coffers-urborg, but I'm making due and so far I've had a lot of fun with the deck.
