This started out as a budget FNM "enter the battlefield" trigger farming deck using Panharmonicon and eerie interlude that I attempted to create out of only white and blue.

It became a "flickering" deck using standard cards.

I'm looking for ways to increase the number of win conditions without increasing the price, and there is a HUGGGGE maybeboard of potential candidates that I went through which might help you with ideas (some of which might be better or worse or possibly just different-it was a very hard deciding process). However I'd like to not change these two core colors.
