I deal with a lot of EDH players who use really aggressive decks and commanders (Rafiq of the Many, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, The Mimeoplasm, etc.), and many of my slower quirky decks just can't keep up. So I decided to be the ultimate counterpoint: attack me and get punished.

Ideally, this deck hardly ever attacks. It just sits back and builds, never locking down the entire board but making it increasingly harder for your foes to attack you. Meanwhile, gauging the state of the battlefield, you can extort your foe or just wait for someone to get bold and strike at you, then make them pay for it.
