This is a deck that is designed to have answers to almost everything, but specifically creatures, and at a very low cost (it’s also pretty easy to put together on arena if you have a couple mythic wildcards). The deck is basically just a ton of removal, and creatures that are hard to kill outside of exile. Everything should be pretty straight forward, although the ochran assassin and titanic growth combo might not be immediately obvious.
A lot of the cards could be upgraded if you can spend even a little bit more money, which would certainly help because the deck suffers a little against planeswalkers, but I promise the deck works just fine without upgrades even if it takes a while to win sometimes. One card I would caution against cutting though (unless you make major changes to the deck) is ochran assassin, I personally love the card because it’s another body, a removal spell against almost any creature, a “sweeper” in this deck, and it can help to push through some damage by forcing blocks. Plus just having it on the battlefield sometimes makes the opponent not play something, and slowing down the opponent is usually good. Another card that might look bad is drudge sentinel, but it WILL win the game against Izzet control or other decks that rely too much on red removal. However, I have found that 3 copies of Amulet of Safekeeping do wonders against burn, tokens, and Niv Mizzet, and I would take out the sentinels to fit it in the main deck.
Also, upgrading the mana base would allow you to play more red cards, which would definitely help, but because I was trying to keep the deck very budget I tried to go with as much black as possible to make the mana consistent without using the expensive duals.
