This is a mean, budget Baral deck.

The playstyle is to control your opponent until you can get your wincons.

Main ways to win...

Final Iteration, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Metallurgic Summonings give you tokens from your spells, meaning while your opponents cant cast spells, you get more board presence.

Rise from the Tides Is a powerful late game spell, netting you around 20 2/2 zambambos.

Guile, AEthersnatch, and Gather Specimens Lets you get value from your opponents casts, and gain control of their spells.

Runechanter's Pike is self explanatory. Wait for an opening, drop, attatch, and swing for commander damage with Baral.
