Sideboard

U/W Standstill list splashing green to enable renegade rallier.

Rallier combos with standstill by setting the standstill up while putting a threat on the field. Also works well with wasteland enabling double wasteland plays as the first use of wasteland sets up rallier.

Porphyry nodes is helpful against many tempo decks like delver as it will often kill the initial creature played by the opponent and discourage a followup threat allowing you to play standstill on an empty board. It also will often die in your upkeep turning on rallier. Since it doesn't target it is an answer to True-Name Nemesis provided you can use your other removal to clear out any creatures with less than three power.

Against midrange or control lists you can generally just go 1 for 1 with removal and come out ahead due to the card advantage from stand still and rallier, just be careful to avoid giving them a chance to resolve a jace since he can quickly get out of hand as he can be tough to remove from the board once he hits it. If against one of the 4 color variants you can attack their manabase through wasteland/rallier fairly effectively.

Most of the sideboard is straight forward side out removal for counterspells/hatebears against combo. Bring in the 4th nodes and verdicts against elves & True Name decks. The meddling mages do double duty as they also come in against lands to name punishing fire their primary means of stopping a Jace ultimate. There is a lot of interaction with marit lage between swords and wasteland recursion but without the RIP or meddling mage their spells coming back from the graveyard will eventually out grind you especially since standstill is pretty terrible against them which can make game 1 difficult, this is also the matchup the true-name in the board is for but it may be overkill. Chalice on one is pretty nasty to fight against so if you expect a lot of stompy you may want to make some space for answers to that.
