Bant Repatriate

Sideboard

The point of this deck is to exile your own cards for value, and then play them again. Similar to dredge, you can just bring your threats back over and over again. You lose the explosiveness of graveyard based decks, but can't be just hated out by graftdiggers cage and company.

Our primary way of exiling things is Commandeer, which gives us crazy tempo advantage for card disadvantage, and Seance which gives a massive card advantage for a tempo disadvantage. These complement each other, the former allowing us to survive until we can cast the latter. Lastly, we use Moorland Haunt as an uncounterable back up plan.

Our incredibly persistent threats are Misthollow Griffin and Torrent Elemental. They aren't the fastest of clocks or biggest of threats, but with our exile effects they effectively "draw" themselves when killed, so allow you to accrew virtual card advantage until the enemy runs out of resources.

Updates Add

Added +1 Gemstone Caverns, -1 Sidsi's Faithful.

Removed our least impactful play for a possible turn 0 free "explore". Didn't want to have too much colourless mana so didn't want to take out lands.
