Bant Ramp in Ixalan

I started off building dinosaur tribal, but then I realised that Carnage Tyrant alone could pose such an unstoppable threat, that maybe I needn't care about those other dinosaurs. So then I went on to build a ramp deck in UG for that sweet Weaver Of Currents into t4 Carnage Tyrant, trying to stay alive until then per means of counter Magic on t1&2. Seeing the lack of removal in UG I added white for Cast Outs and Fumigates. Then, to not depend too much on those 4 Tyrants in the Deck I added ramp payoffs in the form of Walking Ballista and Nissa Steward Of Elements.

So basically we have some ramp and payoffs in a control shell and I have no idea if this matches in any way.So what do you think? Any suggestions for swap outs? The area I'm most unsure about is the distribution of counter spells. Also I'm unsure about the manabase. I consider white a splash.

About the ramp package: As I mentioned the goal is the t3 weaver into t4 tyrant but with removal being a thing, this may not happen quite as often as I wished or at least stay on the board as long as I wish (especially on the draw against a t5 fumigate). So even if the ramp spells don't necessarily ramp into each other, they still synergize. For example with a t2 servant I could leave Spell Pierce up to protect the t3 Weaver and the t4 Tyrant. Spring to mind on the other Hand does not ramp into t4 Tyrant on it's own, but it doesn't die to removal and also enables late game card draw. In that way it may even be better than the Weaver considering own board wipes. So I'm not sure about the split of weavers and springs, but for a start the 3/3 should be appropriate.

About the payoffs: As I said, the carnage tyrant should be able to take over the game with just a little control backup. A giant walking ballista can of course be just as threatening, with the upside of helping me stay alive in the early turns against aggro. UG Nissas plus 2 fixes my draws, her plus 0 may help ramp oder spit out tyrants (but may not be as important), but most importantly her ultimate after a board wipe could simply win the game for me.
