Investigating Into Bant Collected Company (SOI)

Standard Aggro Collected Company Competitive GWU (Bant) Midrange

Maikeruu

Sideboard

Random collected company deck including all the low mana costing clue generating creatures like Tireless Tracker and Graf Mole that makes you want to play those 3 drop value creatures to hit from company alongside them like Reflector Mage.

The clues should act as a consistent draw mechanic for the deck - allowing you to always have something to do and hopefully push you more and more ahead with your value cards.

I will write more in regards to my choices for cards and their numbers after testing with the deck when i get the cards. I am very excited to use this deck in the new standard and see how it stands.

If you like the deck, please give it a +1! I would be more than happy to hear any criticism that you may have and have a discussion on things that might help push the deck in the right direction. Thanks!

EDIT: Now Shadows is properly out, we have seen some of the meta and I have tested against a small range of new standard decks. I have changed some numbers regarding mainboard/sideboard cards.

Dromoka's Command seemed too good not to have some in main, especially with Always Watching such a prominent card in a lot of decks - 2 seemed right, allowing us 5 removal spells and moving Ulvenwald Mysteries to the side against heavy removal decks to come in for full value.

Sylvan Advocate seems to be a better 4 of than just having 2-3 of him. Such a solid card at any stages of the game and it is just way too good with lumbering falls to pass up. Cutting 1 Bygone Bishop and 1 Graf Mole just seems like a worth while trade for 2 advocates. We still keep are clue theme and get our super two drop. The card is nuts as we should know by now.

My new standouts so far in this deck have to be Tireless Tracker alongside the other clue interaction cards, it is definitely best card in this deck sometimes. He can take over a game and make your pace twice as fast, it's absolutely great. Such an underrated card!

Another stand-out is the obvious one of Declaration in Stone . I knew this card was going to be obscene. It definitely is, especially when you have such pressure on your opponent they can't even pop the clue! This means that technically the card has no downside in these situations. Other than these 2 cards, the new cards are playing out as planned. They're great and when they are all working together it can get really ugly for the opponent.

Reflector Mage is still as good as ever especially alongside Bounding Krasis whether you are pushing a win or delaying an opponent.
