A reasonably cheap budget artifact/artificer Pauper deck. The main theme is to allow Improvise to get extra value out of artifacts such as Clue tokens, Prophetic Prism, Cogworker's Puzzleknot.

The main line is to drop an Inventor's Goggles on turn one, followed later by an Aether Swooper, Carapace Forger, or Bastion Inventor. A Carapace Forger or Bastion Inventor equipped with Inventor's Goggles makes it large enough to survive a guramag angler, and the Bastion Inventor has hexproof to boot. Aether Swooper with Inventor's Goggles also makes it large enough to survive Delver of Secrets  .

The only green sources are a single Tree of Tales, 2 Pentad Prisms, and 4 Prophetic Prism, so it may be beneficial to just cut the Carapace Forgers, but I believe the potential 5/6 statline is too good to pass up.

This certainly isn't well optimized. Not sure it stands much of a chance against Elves or Tron, but the sideboard could help a bit with that.
