A budgeted* version of a rather standard Seasons Past Tasigur Control shell for the most part with some notable meta inclusions. Any positive Paradox Scepter combo goes infinite and from there I can win however I want, usually by recasting Reality Shift infinitely and exile everyone's libraries, while Beast Within can act as an enabler, but I like to kick them where it hurts and blow up all of their permanents first. I'm also including a spicy Seasons Past loop as well as a nice Life from the Loam package. My sideboard includes a few cards that I may bring into my toolbox depending on the matchups of the night. Honestly just some spice rack potential inclusions to jam in the deck to keep my opponents guessing each week.

Freed Tendies is added because the infinite combo has been otherwise heavily reliant on Isochron Scepter to generate infinite mana, and Freed from the Real with Bloom Tender or even Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl generating blue mana will go infinite as well and serve as an outlet with Tasigur as the mana sink.

Permission Control is something that is otherwise laughable in the realm of Multiplayer EDH, but Tasigur is different in the sense that he is able to recycle answers back into your hand. If you threat analyze properly, and someone wants to resolve a spell that nobody else wants on the board, you can activate Tasigur's ability and choose an opponent who is at an equal disadvantage as you are. That person will always give you back an answer from your graveyard to deal with the threat.

budgeted: My use of the term "budgeted" in this context is not to be misconstrued with that of a deck that everyone would consider to be a budget deck. This is not a budget build by any means, and I have received a bit of flak for using the term so I feel inclined to make a note about it because I am not intending to sell this list off as a budget build.

The deck is budgeted in the sense that it adopts cEDH lines and incorporates them into my meta. I am therefore excluding the OG dual lands, Chains of Mephistopheles, and Timetwister that my ideal budgetless list would otherwise be running which makes this deck over $5,000 less than it would be if I were to have no limitations on my spending budget. Those minor additions alone would triple the market value of this decklist. With all of that in mind, I feel as if my use of the word budgeted is justified and I don't plan on removing it until one day if I decide to make said upgrades to the deck.
