How to win? Easy, create a ton of unblocable creature and draw a card for each time you hit your opponent !

The deck run a lot of card that steal your opponent stuff because it is fun. The commender of that deck is Sygg, rivier cuttroat but Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow can do the job too. And finaly, this is not a competitive deck, it is a budget deck (ish).
