No more budget. Got rid of a lot of the budget equipment for better alternatives. Commander damage is the main win condition, but I slipped a Felidar Sovereign in there just in case. If you're having trouble landing that Commander damage, slip out a Felidar Sovereign (he seems harmless late game when you don't have a lot of life gain), what until the table comes around, Swords to Plowshares your own Giant Balan before your upkeep. Probably won't happen, but we can all dream. Just try to beat face with Balan.
