originally built the golgari vs izzet into commander decks because jarad and niv were the only legendraies I had layin around.

This is that. It mostly spins dem wheels and does nothing. After doing research I realize some phrexian cards might be called for? Never buying fast mana, might consider a fetch and a shock tho. Looking for 20-30$ worth of recommendations that'll make this deck work better
