Main gameplan is hand disruption out the butt while playing some very efficient creatures.
Matter Reshaper
can hit both Lilianas, lands, or Hedron Crawler, which is fun.
Duress is a great t1 play-- since we don't have anything else to do-- that works like a Gitaxian Probe with the chance to take a planeswalker or removal spell. I think people underestimate the power of playing this t1 if you have no creature to drop or
Oath of Nissa
to play.
Warping Wail, what doesn't this card do? We all know the fun sorceries it blanks-- Ruinous Path, Languish, Declaration in Stone, any hand disruption-- but the amount of creatures it randomly hits is so fun. And fun note: with new Liliana +1, you can hit creatures up to 3 power or 2 toughness with this beauty. ;)
Liliana, Heretical Healer
works great with the Emerge cost, but also just incidental creature deaths.
Liliana, the Last Hope recurs our incredibly good creatures, including the hard-to-kill
Reality Smasher
and our all-star Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. Her +1 helps the trample from
Reality Smasher
and gets rid of small threats. Her ult is just very strong on its own.
