125 upvotes! Thank you all!

A few changes:

Inventors' Fair - some lifegain and tutor! Lots of synergy with all my artifacts1

Greater Gargadon - amazing sack outlet(if Brion isn't out) and a huge sackable creature later!

Humble Defector - card draw for Boros! Also a good sack target so there's no downside!

Explorer's Scope - ramp for attacking!

OUT:

Recruiter of the Guard and Enlightened Tutor - being used in another deck

Slumbering Dragon - disappointment

Gamble - is just... the worst

I love what you've done with this so far. I'm going to steal some ideas from your creature base here to see if I can lower the mana curve on my Brion deck. I've been looking for some upgrades, and you've got some good stuff.

Question about your 1 toughness creatures. Can you attach Skullclamp to them, and then sacrifice them to Brion and draw the cards? I don't think it works that way, because I'd guess they would die as a state-based action once the Clamp gets equipped. But let me know if I'm wrong.

bushido_man96 thanks again! Hope you find some of it useful.

No it doesn't work like that, If only it did! As soon as you clamp something(with 1 toughness) it dies. Can't sac something that's already dead :(

I find skullclamp useful for any of my two toughness creatures, or for any of my self-sacking creatures when Brion isn't around. Basically, it's another way of going with the theme of the deck. I'll sac the creatures on my terms, not theirs. Again doubling down on the cost-effectiveness of stacking sacrifice effects. Hopefully that clears it up for ya!

That does clear it up, thanks! That's how I figured it would work, but hey, I'm still figuring out stack tricks after all these years. Skullclamp is such a good card when you know things are heading to the graveyard. I like your inclusion of Mask of Memory, too, and am going to give it a try. Anything for a bit more card draw in Boros!

Love how this deck looks. definitely going to give it a try. I wanted to make an Atogatog deck similar to this but i'd have to rely on Fling or run this general in my 99. Anyways I was thinking why don't you run cards like Thousand-Year Elixir? Since you try and token copy dudes this would seem ideal as you can fling again for only 2 mana. Also with lifegain Cradle of Vitality could give another creature its power after you fling it for just 2 mana. Also there are a couple more cards which double damage from creatures why not run more of those? Also you have a few artifact win cons and lots of Artifacts i think Inventors' Fair deserves a spot.

Boscogn thanks for the comment! I hope you like it if you test it, let me know how it goes!

Thousand-Year Elixir was simply underwhelming I guess. Could still be worth running though. Cradle of Vitality seems good, I'll check it out! I can't run damage doublers because of my meta. Narset, Elesh Norn, Zurgo, Kaalia, Ezuri....

Inventors' Fair looks interesting. I'll keep an eye on how many artifacts I have in any given game. Maybe it'll find it's way in!
