Mono black control discard deck full of goblins and faeries rogues creatures. The idea is to control your opponent with powerful discards tools such as Thoughtseize and Noggin Whack... waiting for Oona's Blackguard or Stinkdrinker Bandit.

Precision is not the word here cause all creatures can potentially discard the opponent's hand EACH TURN. Minimal precision is assured with Thoughtseize and Fatal Push. Remember fetchland or Rankle's 3rd ability = Revolt, don't hesitate to sac Nightshade Stinger cause she cannot block.

Non-stop attacking is required you have to win asap Leechridden Swamp and Rankle, Master of Pranks are deadly venoms in late game (remember you can fetch Leechridden, my advice fetch it asap cause it enters tapped). Morsel Theft is a serious gain life so don't hesitate to lose hp with fetch, Leechridden and Rankle's 3rd ability.

Don't hesitate to cast Oona's Blackguard before Frogtosser Banneret : Frogtosser is the key here better to lose Blackguard than Frogtosser. Noggin Whack turn 3 is a game changer but you have to cast it with prowl or at least for 3 cmc (you can discard lands !) Don't be greedy with Bitterblossom : without a threat such as Oona's Blackguard Cloak and Dagger Stinkdrinker Bandit you have just 1/1 tokens : discarding must be the priority.

Profane Command can resurrect a creature and it triggers with Oona's Blackguard Cloak and Dagger but doesn't work with Frogtosser Banneret I'm talking about cmc reduction. Rankle, Master of Pranks does wonders here with his haste ability and if Cloak and Dagger is on the board shroud makes him hard to remove.

Sideboarding is the hard part : insert Surgical Extraction to exile combo pieces - remember Noggin Whack can discard lands I'm talking about Urza's Tower Flagstones of Trokair... Rain of Tears will help you BUT BE CAREFUL cause Faerie Macabre counters Surgical Extraction. Dismember is here to kill indestructibles creatures.

In summary it's a very tricky deck, hard to deal with. Only a very few are a really bad matchup : U and U/W control (especially Ghostly Prison style), burn, turbo reanimators.
