"I've seen this great land from every angle. I know its every tree, stone, and river bend..."

— Diary of Azusa

Ramp

Courser of Kruphix and Oracle of Mul Daya do a ton of work here, allowing for even more land drops per turn, some life gain, and some card advantage. An opening hand containing either of these is almost always an automatic keep.

Into the Wilds and Scrying Sheets for getting even more lands into play (or hand).

Yavimaya Elder, Seek the Horizon and Boundless Realms for more ramp. Myriad Landscape and Blighted Woodland also promote ramp/landfall.

Finally, mana-doublers like Extraplanar Lens, Caged Sun and Vernal Bloom for even more mana production.

Loam

Life from the Loam is a key card for getting the most value out of the deck (and another card that almost always supports an automatic opening hand keep):

  • Loam + Realms Uncharted for a neat little combo to search up important lands and get all of them (much to the disappointment of your opponents, as hard as they tried to think about which ones to give you and which to bin).
  • Loam + cycling lands makes for an insane card draw/dredge engine.
  • Loam + saclands allow for replaying powerful effects

Landfall

Obviously, being a deck centering around ramp, landfall is a perfect mechanic.

Avenger of Zendikar for making/pumping Plant tokens.

Courser of Kruphix for card advantage and minimal life gain.

Rampaging Baloths for making 4/4 tokens.

Seer's Sundial for card advantage.

Loam + Ramp/Fetchlands for recurring landfall triggers.

Card Draw/Recursion

Sylvan Library gives insane card advantage (also pairs nicely with fetchlands, similar to Sensei's Divining Top) and helps with making extra land drops more reliably.

Life from the Loam + cycling lands makes for an insanely good draw/dredge engine that gives a ton of card advantage.

Harmonize is the classic draw card, Regal Force can usually draw at least 10 cards (sometimes even more), Seer's Sundial draws on landfall.

Horn of Greed and Mind's Eye are in the "maybeboard" for now, but they'll both probably be added in the near future...

Eternal Witness and Praetor's Counsel for recursion.

Removal

Acidic Slime, Terastodon, Woodfall Primus and World Breaker remove non-creature threats.

Beast Within and Desert Twister for destroying any permanent, Scour from Existence for exiling any permanent. Krosan Grip removes pesky artifacts/enchantments with split second.

Creeping Corrosion wipes artifacts.

Oblivion Stone removes pretty much everything, and with a Spearbreaker Behemoth in play, can be one-sided (for the most part).

Hornet Queen makes deathtouch tokens, for trading with threats.

Finishers

Again, being a mono-green deck, making a bunch of creatures/tokens and turning them sideways is the main way to win.

Make tokens with Avenger of Zendikar, Ant Queen, Hornet Queen, Rampaging Baloths, Verdant Force and...

Craterhoof Behemoth! HOOF 'EM!

Concordant Crossroads - give them haste!

Kamahl, Fist of Krosa for a reusable source of pump/trample, Overwhelming Stampede for a one-shot version.

Pelakka Wurm, Primalcrux, Rampaging Baloths and Woodfall Primus have built-in trample.

Parallel Lives for doubling tokens.

...but creatures with trample isn't the only way to win...

Helix Pinnacle with the amount of ramp available and Seedborn Muse can provide an alternate win condition.

Maybeboard

Bane of Progress for cleaning up artifacts/enchantments while getting a huge threat out of it.

Burgeoning for dropping lands on opponents turns.

Constant Mists for a reusable fog effect, works great with Loam.

Greater Good/Horn of Greed/Mind's Eye for more draw power (the first of which acts as a no-cost, instant-speed answer to removal).

Kozilek, Butcher of Truth - Azusa does like drawing cards... A lot.

Titania, Protector of Argoth - Synergizes with Life from the Loam.

Winding Canyons/Yeva, Nature's Herald for flashing in creatures (preferably with Seedborn Muse).
