Control the battlefield until you can get enough filibuster counters on Azor's Elocutors to win.
Use 2 Oblivion Ring to get around big threats you did't counter and to keep card:Azor's Elocutors on the board.

-3 Murder -3 Diabolic Revelation theres no way ur pulling of 2 black summons in this deck; u don't need revelation to search for ur advisor if ur whole deck is bounce and draw, the whole point of the deck is to stall, u can stall until u draw him.

My only issue is it feels like you need more actual draw, not just the card:Sphinx's Revelation. something like Think Twice .

Considering that card:Azor's Elocutors is you win condition, I'd definitely recommend 4 of the card.

This is a control deck and your mana curve tops out at 7, I would run 25-26 Lands.

I really, truly think that this deck has a place for Temporal Mastery . You have instant speed draw for higher miracle chances, the lategame stall to hard cast it, and it would absolutely wreck someone's gameplan to have that come in on their turn when you have 3 filibusters on.
I'd also say +1 Supreme Verdict and -1 Cyclonic Rift . My playtests have shown that your early game is harder than lategame (mostly thanks to card:Sphinx's Revelation). Supreme Verdict comes in a turn before card:Azor's Elocutors does, prepping you for lockdown turn 6+, and is very unlikely to hurt anything of yours that is precious. Cyclonic Rift is an amazing save turn 7+, but you have trouble getting there without a boardwipe. You need to see Supreme Verdict in every game, but not Cyclonic Rift .
I'll continue playtesting this deck, and +1. I think it has some good potential.
